India IP SME Helpdesk

The India IP SME Helpdesk supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from the European Union (EU) and COSME associated countries to both protect and enforce their Intellectual Property (IP) rights in or relating to India by providing free information and services. These comprise jargon-free, first-line, confidential advice on intellectual property and related issues, as well as training, materials and online resources.

The India IP SME Helpdesk is part of the IP Helpdesk, which provides support on IP management, protection and enforcement to EU SMEs in Africa, China, Europe, Latin America and South-East Asia.
